In the age of high technology, mass production and computer control we pride ourselves in continuing to use traditional cabinet making hand skills and tools to make the finest furniture.
Painstaking attention to detail and careful selection of timber and veneers are the essential ingredients for all our furniture, whether it be a contemporary design or a copy of a fine antique.
Pieces are assembled using traditional joints such as mortices and tenons, and all dovetails for drawer and carcass work are cut by hand.
All items are finished by hand using natural shellac, oil and wax polishes during the cabinet making process.

Fine furniture designed and hand made to order. We can make exquisite furniture of contemporary or traditional designs, to blend with existing furniture or to fit a particular space. We are also able to work from existing furniture and photographs.

We specialise in making accurate copies of pieces of furniture, perhaps to make up a set of chairs or a pair of cabinets or tables. A set of antique chairs which is complete will have a much greater value than a part set, even if it includes copies and matching pairs of tables, perhaps for the bedside, can be very difficult to find.

Due to recent demand we are currently developing a range of distinctive coffee tables, bedside cabinets, dining tables and chairs. These pieces are based on a range of standard designs, but because pieces are made to order, they may be made to specific dimensions and with different detailing, making each piece unique.
